Vitamins are suitable for eating before or after meals

I am currently taking vitamin tablets to supplement my daily needs. Is the vitamin suitable for eating before or after meals?

    Although vitamins are not food, if they are eaten on an empty stomach, they will be excreted from the feces before the body can absorb them. Fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamin A can only be absorbed by the gastrointestinal mucosa when dissolved in fat, and should be eaten after meals to be more completely absorbed by the body.
