I see that the color of the egg skin is different. Is the nutrition of the egg determined by the egg skin?

The nutrition of eggs is basically the same, so the color of the egg skin is related to the breed (genetics) of the chicken, and has nothing to do with the nutritional value. Test data show that red-skinned eggs and white-skinned eggs have their own advantages in terms of nutritional composition.
