I usually drink water when I am thirsty. I heard that enough water can regulate the viscosity of blood. Is this true?

Adequate water can also adjust the blood viscosity. If the blood is too viscous, it will lead to cerebral embolism and a series of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Adequate drinking water can reduce the blood viscosity.
