What nutrients do dark green vegetables contain?

I know that eating dark green vegetables is good for my health, but it is not very clear which nutrients it contains.

    Dark green vegetables are rich in chlorophyll, carotenoids, vitamin C/B1/B2, and trace elements such as iron and selenium. The lutein contained in them can protect the health of the retina. Spinach, canola, water spinach, broccoli, watercress, etc. are all dark green vegetables, and eating more is good for the body.
