Can calcium help keep out the cold?

I know that eating calcium helps osteoporosis in our elderly, can eating calcium also help keep out the cold?

    Calcium deficiency fat synthesis will increase, the heat production capacity will decrease. The problem is: most people have calcium deficiency (the intake is much lower than the recommended amount-the Chinese dietary guideline recommends 800 mg per day, but actually only eats about 400 mg). Calcium supplementation should be taken seriously from your food.
