What kind of eating habits are healthier?

Every time I eat food, I only eat what I like, but mom always says that this is unhealthy. What should I do to make it healthier?

    Don't add only the things you like every time you eat food, as this may not be able to supplement nutrition. Each meal time should be controlled within 40 minutes, consciously increase the intake of vegetables, beans and staple food, red meat and wine should be less, and ensure that at least half of the week to eat at home.
