Vegetables and fruits are completely edible during the confinement period, and some mothers are indeed prone to cold after giving birth, and therefore do not want to eat cold food. In this case, eating cooked vegetables and even heating fruits is a viable option. Vegetables and fruits can provide rich dietary fiber, micronutrients and antioxidant substances, which is very conducive to maternal recovery. So it's okay to eat, but it must be heated to make it good for the body.
