A friend recommended that I use a vegetarian diet to lose weight. Can I really lose weight by eating a vegetarian diet?

    Vegetarians are prone to excessive intake of carbohydrates and cause weight gain. Therefore, if you simply think that vegetarianism does not eat meat, eggs and milk fish, and ignore dietary nutrition, it is likely to be fat and malnourished. Friends who lose weight must pay attention to this.
