I have diabetes and it is type II. The doctor advised me not to eat sugary foods. Can I eat pumpkin now?

Diabetes requires a low-sugar diet, but pumpkin's sugar content is not high, so it can be eaten properly, and has the effect of controlling diabetes. Diabetics should prefer to choose tender pumpkin. If you want to use pumpkin as a staple food, do not exceed the amount of a staple food every day.
