The more water you drink, the better?

I drink a lot of water every day when I am thirsty. I don’t drink when I am not thirsty. Is the more water I drink every day, the better?

    Drink water when you are thirsty, not when you are not thirsty. This will have three major health risks: constipation, inflammation of urinary stones, and increased blood viscosity. At least one day to drink 1200-1500 ml. Drinking water on an empty stomach is best in the morning, but don't drink too much at a time.
