Eat less animal offal, fatty meat, etc. Meat should choose fish, shrimp, poultry, lean meat. Aquatic products, especially deep-sea fish, can be eaten twice a week without fish heads, shrimp heads and crab yellow. People with hyperlipidemia can only eat 50 grams a day if they eat pork, beef and lamb; if they eat skinless chicken and duck, they can eat 100 grams; if they change to fish and shrimp, they can eat about 150 grams a day. The amount of nuts does not exceed one handful per day. Note that dinner should not eat more greasy food.
