Some people say that not eating too many eggs will cause the cholesterol in the human body to rise. Is there a relationship between the two?

Egg cholesterol has nothing to do with cholesterol in the body. Food cholesterol exists in fat-like atoms, and generally exists in foods related to animals, such as eggs, but it does not have much effect on cholesterol in your blood. Your body will make your own cholesterol, no need for external supply. What really stimulates your body to make cholesterol is saturated and trans fat. The saturated fat content in eggs is relatively low, and a large egg contains only 1.5 grams of saturated fat.
