Male  26 years old 2018-06-18
I have lost weight for three months. I have not felt insomnia before, but recently I have been unable to sleep at night. Is it caused by weight loss?

Because he is often in a state of low blood sugar during weight loss, emotional anxiety and lack of patience. Coupled with the tangled food and weight every day, he is nervous and has a strange personality. Due to insufficient supply of protein amino acids, which affects the synthesis of neurotransmitters, it feels that the brain becomes dull and the ability to think decreases. When the carbohydrate is insufficient, it is easy to lose sleep at night. Long-term insomnia can lead to increased stress levels, decreased ability to work and study, and decreased body immune function.
