Can eating more onions maintain cardiovascular health?

Vegetables like onions are really good. Whether eaten raw or cooked, they have many effects. I have cardiovascular diseases. Can I eat onions?

    Onion is indeed the only vegetable known to contain prostaglandin a. Because prostaglandin a can dilate blood vessels and reduce blood viscosity, it can lower blood pressure, enhance coronary blood flow and prevent thrombosis.
