I like to eat spinach, but I heard that spinach has a high oxalic acid content and is unhealthy. How can I remove oxalic acid?

Many foods contain oxalic acid. Generally speaking, vegetables with a bit of astringency, such as spinach, amaranth, wild rice, etc., contain more oxalic acid. Studies have shown that spinach, amaranth and other vegetables can be removed by boiling water for only 40 minutes. The oxalic acid in 40%~70% can be removed.
