    Most of our breakfasts are made up of soy milk, fritters, buns, porridge, milk, bread, and often overlook vegetables and fruits. They do not have to be many, but they are essential, because most of the dietary fiber and water-soluble vitamins depend on them. Cabbage, cabbage, carrots, apples, etc. are suitable for breakfast.
