I am a little calcium deficient. I heard that drinking milk can supplement calcium. Is this true?

Generally, fresh milk contains about 110 mg of calcium per 100 ml. Sooner or later, each drink one cup but the diet is not balanced or other high calcium foods are not ingested. The calcium intake may still not reach the recommended standard. Therefore, the calcium content of re-enriched high-calcium milk is nearly double that of ordinary milk (or about twice that of ordinary milk), which can better meet the calcium intake needs of busy office workers.
