Bean sprouts cannot supplement calcium, but bean sprouts can supplement vitamin C. After germination of soybeans, the nutrition is very different, especially the content of vitamin C. Soybeans are basically free of vitamin C, and 9 to 21 mg per 100 g of bean sprouts. After soybean germination, part of the protein will be broken down into a variety of essential amino acids, which is more conducive to absorption.
