Is it OK to eat only oatmeal for breakfast after pregnancy?

Male  25 years old 2018-06-14
I found out that I was pregnant, but I was too busy at work, I didn't have time to cook and no one was taking care of me. Can I drink oatmeal for fetal nutrition?

Pregnant mothers use oatmeal as a good choice for breakfast or for meals in the afternoon and morning. When buying oatmeal, if the packaging is opaque, take a look at the protein content of the product. If it is below 8%, then the proportion of oatmeal is too low, which is not suitable as the only food for breakfast. It must be eaten together with milk, eggs, soy products and other protein-rich foods.
