I have recently felt that the inside of my ears is not particularly comfortable. What can I do to protect my ears?

    There are still many methods. Use the index finger of both hands to press the ear canal, press and release one by one, and vibrate quickly to make the ear canal vibrate and spread to the brain. Each time 5 to 10 minutes. Press the ear canal tightly with your palm. The index fingertips bounce up and down on the back of the brain. You can grasp the power by yourself. You can feel the sound of the back of the brain. Both ears can be performed simultaneously.
