I have eaten too greasy recently, and often cannot defecate. My friend suggested that I eat black fungus every day. Can this prevent constipation?

Eating more fungus is good for the body and has health care effects. Fungus is rich in cellulose and a special kind of plant collagen, which can promote gastrointestinal motility, prevent constipation, and facilitate the discharge of toxic substances in stool. It is also conducive to the dissolution function of endogenous foreign bodies such as gallstones and kidney stones.
