I know that breakfast is very important to the body, but I often have no time to eat. What should I do?

    You don’t have to worry about having time to eat breakfast. You can prepare a semolina bread, a little fruit (such as bananas) and a bottle of yogurt to bring to the office. When you are hungry, you can get a strong breakfast and cheer for your work in time.
