It has the following five items: (1) Conjunctival hyperemia in both eyes without exudate. (2) There is hyperemia in the oral and pharyngeal mucosa, dry and cracked lips, and bayberry tongue. (3) The hands and feet are red and swollen in the acute phase, and the nails are peeled off in the sub-acute phase. (4) The rash is mainly on the trunk, maculopapular rash, erythema multiforme or scarlet. (5) Cervical lymph nodes are swollen, with a diameter exceeding 1.5 cm. No other diseases can be explained above. If there is fever, only the other three are accompanied, but children with coronary aneurysm can also be diagnosed.9
