Does human milk cause discomfort to severely ill adults?

Female  56 years old 2018-06-05
I heard that there is a human milk shop that is exclusively for adults to drink breast milk. Do I want to ask if human milk has discomfort symptoms for seriously ill adults?

Human milk has a higher lactose content than milk. A considerable number of adults cannot digest lactose, causing bloating, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, etc. ("lactose intolerance"). Critical patients with intestinal damage are more likely to suffer from lactose intolerance, or the situation is more serious, so it is not recommended to give milk or nutrient solution containing lactose. Human milk is taboo, not recommended. In clinical practice, such critically ill patients can overcome difficulties through specialized enteral or parenteral nutritional support.
