I heard colleagues say that you can buy some kelp and eat it every day to prevent leukemia. Is this true?

Alginic acid in kelp can slow down the body's absorption of harmful trace elements such as strontium, and can be combined with strontium to form insoluble compounds, and finally excreted from the body, so kelp has the effect of preventing leukemia.
