Is less sleep good for kids

Female  7 years old 2018-06-03
The child has a few days to take the exam. Recently, I have to review every day until late at night. I don’t have enough sleep. Does this have any effect?

If the child does not sleep enough, it will affect the test scores. Less sleep will increase the secretion of hormones, which will greatly increase the appetite, so one hour less sleep will have more time to eat, and lack of sleep will make a person drowsy. Sleep, the amount of exercise has dropped. Schools can stipulate when a child should get up, and parents can arrange for the child to go to bed as soon as possible.
