I am the daughter-in-law of the north married to the south. After giving birth, my mother-in-law said that she should not eat beef.

This is wrong. In some places, it is forbidden for mothers to eat, such as beef, mutton, fish and shrimp and other fishy objects are not allowed to eat. However, maternal needs sufficient nutrients, and the main and side foods should be diversified. Just eating one or two can not meet the needs of the maternal body, and it is not conducive to the secretion of milk.
