    Just after giving birth, all the organs of the mother’s body are in the recovery period, so pay attention to the following points in the diet: 1. The food should be warm, not too hot or too cold; 2. Not spicy and stimulating; 3. Not too salty; 4. Should not be fatty and thick; 5. Should not be overeating; 6. Should not be excessive meat and soup.
