Traditional boiled fish has less nutrient loss and is rich in multiple nutrients. Rich in high-quality protein, monounsaturated fatty acids, a variety of inorganic salts and fat-soluble vitamins, especially myosin is relatively rich, relatively easy to digest and absorb relative to livestock meat, and low temperature cooking will not destroy too many nutrients.
