    Vitamin C content in vegetables and fruits is high. Vitamin C, riboflavin, and folic acid in leafy green vegetables and fruits are very good natural nutrients for preventing oral ulcers. Among the fruits, the most abundant vitamin C is prickly pear, wild jujube, sea buckthorn, but these wild fruits are really difficult to eat fresh.
