Expectant mothers in the last 7, 8, and 9 months are at the stage of giving their children long bones. The calcium requirement is very large. Normal people need 800 mg of calcium, while expectant mothers need 1200 mg. There is also a lot of calcium in human milk, and drinking milk and yogurt is also very good.
