Can the method of water blanching remove pesticide residues?

Many vegetables have pesticide residues. I heard that they may not be washed thoroughly even if they are washed with water. If they are blanched with water, can pesticide residues be removed?

Blanching with water is an effective method to remove pesticide residues on vegetables. Many pesticides are fat-soluble, and it is difficult to remove them with clean water and brine, and the methods commonly used in homes are nothing more than that. But blanching in boiling water can release pesticides in vegetables into the water, making the dishes we eat safer.
