I want to lose weight. The fat content in meat is high, so if I don’t eat meat, can I lose weight just by eating vegetarian food?

The view that eating vegetarian food can lose weight is one-sided, because vegetables have almost no calories, and eating more will not gain weight. However, the amount of fat contained in soybean products is very high, and long-term vegetarianism can easily lead to malnutrition.
