The edible oil in our family has always been replaced by several kinds of oils such as soybeans and peanuts, but linseed oil has never been eaten. What are the benefits of eating linseed oil?

Linseed oil can provide more nutrients the human body needs. Under the premise of diversification of edible oils, a certain proportion of linseed oil rich in a-linolenic acid (perilla oil is also acceptable) is introduced in the daily diet to make up for the shortage of bulk vegetable oils such as soybean oil, peanut oil, rapeseed oil (lack of a- Linolenic acid) can improve the ratio of ω-6 and ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, and promote the balance of fatty acids. It is of great significance in preventing many chronic diseases, and its effect is at least as good as olive oil.
