What is the blood pressure standard for patients with hypertension?

Female  24 years old 2018-05-01
My mother said that she was always dizzy. Later she went to the hospital and said her blood pressure was a little high. I want to know what the blood pressure standard is for patients with hypertension.

Many people cannot understand why the American Heart Association (AHA) and the American College of Cardiology have lowered the diagnostic criteria for hypertension. The original 140/90mmHg is now 130/80mmHg, making people who were originally "normal" into hypertensive patients. "Out of thin air" has increased 14% hypertension. According to the new standard, 45.6% adults in the United States are all hypertensive patients.
