I usually cook with MSG, but I heard that eating MSG is not good, is it true?

    Under normal circumstances, MSG is completely safe and can be eaten with confidence, but do not heat it to above 120℃. Otherwise, the sodium glutamate will lose water and become sodium pyroglutamate, producing harmful substances. But under normal circumstances, the temperature of cooking will not exceed 120 ℃.
