Is there any trypsin inhibitor for soy milk?

Female  23 years old 2018-04-28
I usually drink soy milk in the morning, but I heard that the soy milk squeezed by the soy milk machine contains trypsin inhibitors. I wonder if I can drink it?

There is still a small amount of heat-stable protease inhibitor, but the activity is low, which is not enough to have a significant effect on digestion and absorption, so it can be eaten with confidence. Such an explanation is vividly described in the "Superb Beans" program produced by Fan Zhihong. If anyone believes that eggs and soy milk cannot be eaten together, it is a pity to give up eating eggs and drink soy milk!
