After the maternal and child health examination yesterday, the doctor suggested that I usually supplement DHA, but what effect does DNA have on the child?

dha can supplement children's brain nerves and improve children's intelligence. DHA is a special kind of polyunsaturated fatty acid (C22:6, n-3). It is directly involved in the formation of nerve tissue and is essential for brain development. Although the lack of DHA will not show obvious symptoms, but the intake of sufficient DHA does promote the child's intelligence.
