The normal serum cholesterol is normally 125-250mg/100g, and the increase of cholesterol indicates the pathological manifestation of disorder of lipid metabolism. Increased cholesterol has a major impact on the body, so coronary heart disease, hypertension, arteriosclerosis and other diseases should be checked for changes in the amount of blood cholesterol.
