Although fruits contain sugar, they are all substances beneficial to the human body. The answer is yes, but there are certain conditions. Only diabetic patients with fasting blood glucose below 7.0 mmol/L, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose below 10 mmol/L, glycated hemoglobin below 7.0% and relatively stable blood glucose can eat fruits. You can eat about 150 grams of fresh fruit with low sugar content every day, such as grapefruit, plum, hawthorn, lemon, dragon fruit, olive and so on.
