Shouldn't seafood be eaten more?

Male  33 years old 2018-03-24
I was born at the seaside, and I always take seafood as my staple food all the year round. Recently, I often say on the Internet that the presence of heavy metals in seafood is not good for the body. Is it not advisable to eat more seafood?

There is a small amount of seafood that contains heavy metals, but don’t panic. Seafood is basically the lowest marine life in the food chain. If the body contains residual heavy metals, the content is also much lower than the amount of big money in the ocean. You can eat with confidence.
