It can be seen from the energy that sea crabs are relatively low, and river crabs are relatively high in protein. In general, crabs are indeed a high-protein food. In terms of fresh weight, the protein content in 100 grams of crab meat is about 13%~18%. This value does not seem to be as high as 20% of chicken and beef, but because of the high moisture content and low fat content of crab meat, if it is calculated by dry weight, its protein content accounts for 70% of dry weight. ~90%, which is difficult to achieve with other foods.
