The vast majority of those with penile cancer have foreskin that is too long. The incidence of penile cancer is very inconsistent due to factors such as country, region, ethnicity, religion, and hygiene habits. In general, the incidence rates in Europe and the United States are relatively low, while those in Asia, Africa, and Latin America are relatively high, while the incidence rates are very low in the Jewish and Muslim countries.
