Is it healthy to eat more vegetarian oil?

Male  26 years old 2018-07-02
I have seen a lot of health care, and some say that vegetarian oil is actually not a good choice. Why?

Vegetarian oil is also fat; and polyunsaturated fatty acids in vegetarian oil are easily oxidized and are harmful to health, and are not as good as you think. The daily intake of vegetarian oil for adults should be between 20 and 25 grams. It is better to choose vegetable oils with a higher proportion of monounsaturated fatty acids, such as olive oil or tea oil.
