My husband's dishes have been a little oily these days, but I have diabetes. Will it affect my regular consumption?

If you have diabetes, you need to control some foods that are bad for your health. You can’t eat meat oil, it’s okay to eat more vegetable oil. Although vegetable oil contains more unsaturated fatty acids, both animal oil and vegetable oil are fats and are high-calorie foods.
