I bought some chestnuts and beef. I plan to stew together at night. Is it good to eat with it?

It is very nutritious to eat chestnut and beef separately, but it should not be combined. The reason why chestnut and beef cannot be eaten together is because trace metal elements in beef will chemically interact with vitamin C in chestnut, thus destroying the nutritional value of vitamin C in chestnut . It also produces sediment, which is difficult for the human body to digest and absorb.
