If the first measurement of blood pressure is ≥140/90mmHg, but less than 180/110mmHg, it is considered to be high pressure. It is recommended to measure the blood pressure every 1-2 weeks. If the blood pressure is ≥140/90mmHg three times on the same day, it can be diagnosed as hypertension. If the blood pressure does not reach 140/90mmHg, continue to monitor blood pressure.
