    Everyone knows that whole wheat bread is more beneficial to health, because it is rich in fiber, which can help the body clean up intestinal garbage, delay digestion and absorption, and help prevent obesity. But if you look at the list of ingredients, you will find that the real whole wheat bread is very little, even difficult to find. Usually the first item in the list of ingredients is not whole wheat flour.
