A few days ago, my family and I ate hot pot, so we didn't get hot. Why shouldn't the hot pot be too hot?

People who eat hot pot can sometimes burn the mouth and esophageal mucosa with food that is too hot, and it is more likely to cause disease if they encounter tobacco, alcohol or unclean food. When eating hot pot, the cooked food should be pinched out and cooled a little before eating. If it can be served with frozen fresh milk, it can prevent burns.
