Why aren't dieting lean?

I usually eat a lot, want to lose weight, obviously dieting or not thin, why?

    The body lacks nutrients to burn fat and does not lose weight. The nutrient that makes the body burn fat is protein. If you can’t lose weight, you can try to consciously add protein, the basic metabolism will also increase, and it is easier to burn calories.
